Adidas release their Star Wars ‘Space Battle’ pack today

Adidas’ new ‘Space Battle’ pack adds three running silhouettes to their Star Wars collection with one more drop still to come.

Following the release of an extensive Star Wars ‘Lightsaber’ inspired pack earlier in the month, a rather modest second drop from Adidas based on a ‘Space Battle’ theme will be available to buy from today.

Consisting of only three designs centred on running shoe silhouettes, the pack includes the highly anticipated X-Wing styled sneaker which leaked back in September.

Based on the Ultraboost S&L silhouette, this sneaker comes in rebel alliance grey and orange reminiscent of the flight suits worn by X-Wing pilots during the famous trench run scene in Star Wars: A New Hope. An X-Wing schematic is printed on the outer sole and shoe edge. The slogans ‘Stay on target’ and ‘The Force will be with you always’ can be found on the webbing of each heel.

Paying tribute to the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy, the Ultraboost 19 forms the basis for a Millennium Falcon styled shoe. Echoing the grey exterior of Han Solo’s ship, this design also features a blueprint style design on the outer sole and shoe edge. These sneakers feature the famous quotes ‘Never tell me the odds’ and ‘Jump to lightspeed’ on the heel webbing.

Completing the trilogy is a nod to the dark side with a predominantly black Alphaedge 4D with laser green accents and lattice sole. The shoe comes equipped with the slogans ‘That’s no moon’ and ‘The power of the Dark Side’.

Find these and the Lightsaber pack at A final character themed collection will drop at the end of November on the 29th.
