Dark Horse Reboots It’s Aliens Comic Line

Dark Horse Reboots It’s Aliens Comic Line

Dark Horse published it’s first Aliens title, based on the popular science fiction monster, back in 1988. Since then the title grew and grew with more stories expanding the Aliens universe and later crossing over with Predator which also had its own line of comics.

Now Dark Horse is pressing the big red button marked “reboot” and starting again. They are due to launch four new titles which ignore nearly everything that came before except for the original films that inspired. io9 has the covers for these four new titles as well as an exclusive interview with Dark Horse’s editor-in-chief Scott Allie all about the relaunch.

Aliens #1, cover by David Palumbo

Predator #1 cover variant by Alex Maleev

Aliens Vs. Predator #1 cover by E.M. Gist

Prometheus #1 cover by David Palumbo

Be sure to check out the exclusive interview over at io9.
