Reebok are releasing a 40th anniversary Alien Stomper

To mark this year’s ‘Alien Day’, Reebok are releasing a 40th Anniversary edition of their ‘Alien Stomper’ sneaker.

It’s not the first time Reebok have celebrated ‘Alien Day’ with a special edition sneaker drop, and true to form the footwear company will be releasing a new variant of their ‘Alien Stomper’ silhouette.

Ridley Scott’s classic sci-fi horror turns forty later this year, but with April 26th established as the official celebration of the Alien series (the date is derived from ‘LV426’, the moon on which the Aliens are first encountered in the film) Reebok have chosen this date to release the latest version of the ‘Stomper’.

Packed with lots of small touches that hardcore fans will appreciate the 40th anniversary ‘Stomper’ is constructed from premium-aged leather that give an authentic vintage look.

A pre-production version of the Weyland-Yutani logo can be found inside the shoes. The more observant of you will note that the logo drops the ‘d’ from Weyland in this instance to read Weylan-Yutani.

Each pair comes with three hang tags, a dust bag and and official stomping guide, in case you should happen ac cross and alien egg farm on your travels.

Reebok Alien Stomper 40th Anniversary

Even the box is a work of art with a triangular design that tries to replicate what 20th century design might look like when imagined back in 1979.

Reebok Alien Stompers will be available to buy on April 26th and will cost $125.00.
