Stranger Things Season 3 Brings A New Video Game

Stranger Things Season 3 Brings A New Video Game

Here comes a co-op beat-em-up based upon Season 3 of Stranger Things in a delightful retro style

Stranger Things, the hugely successful television series from Netflix, will get a new video game adaptation for the upcoming release of season three.

Stranger Things already had a video game based around unseen events which occurred between season one and two but this was only released for mobile phones. The new game will be available for a wide variety of platforms.

This new game by developers Bonus XP has been created in the 16-bit retro style and features an isometric top-down view. The game will feature locations from the new season including the Starcourt Mall featured in the recently released first trailer.

The game will offer up a roster of twelve playable characters with the trailer showcasing David Harbour’s Jim Hopper and Winona Ryder’s Joyce Byers working together.

Although this trailer is from Nintendo Switch, Stranger Things Season Three will also be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Mac, PC, and mobile devices.
