The Angry Birds Movie 2 – Can birds and pigs unite?

An unlikely truce is called when birds and pigs realise they must join forces to overcome a common threat in The Angry Birds Movie 2.

You probably never knew you needed the first Angry Birds movie in you life. Were you craving a sequel? Most likely not. But here it is. Another movie based on characters from the phenomenally popular mobile game.

If I’m completely honest, the first Angry Birds film was better than a lot of people gave it credit for. Aimed at a family market, it certainly kept my kids entertained and provided enough subtle humour for me as an adult too.

The first film must have made enough money to justify a sequel otherwise you wouldn’t be about to watch the first trailer for it.

In an unlikely turn of events, pigs and birds must unite to overcome a new and common threat. Expect slapstick, boisterous humour throughout and a slurry of widespread marketing and merchandise.
