The BBC Release The First Image Of Peter Capaldi As The Doctor Gets A New Look.

Doctor Who’s new look has been revealed on the BBC’s dedicated blog to the hugely popular fifty year old series. Each Doctor has his own unique style with Peter Capaldi’s portrayal looking to keep things clean and classic.

Costume designer Howard Burden put the ensemble together which features incredibly shiny Doc Martin boots, a dark blue waistcoat and trousers, a matching Crombie coat, featuring a classy red lining, set off with a crisp white shirt. All in all a look I can get behind.

Series eight of Doctor Who began filming this month. 10.2 million people tuned in on Christmas Day 2013 to witness the regeneration as the eleventh Doctor made way for the Twelfth.
